Hey all!

I just PCS’d to Landstuhl recently. I’m waiting for my household goods to arrive and I really hope my tank wasn’t damaged in the process.

My question...
I had my Giesemann Aurora light shipped. I contacted Giesemann and they told me to get a 3000w transformer. Would running the light (even with a transformer) converted 220v/110v decrease the overall lifespan of my fixture?
