Trigger fish disease

Hi all , see pics attached, does anyone know what this disease is? I thought velvet, but not sure. No other fish in the tank infected. I have added a butterfly and angel recently, assuming there brought this disease with them.

I also have carpet anemones, perhaps this could be a sting

Any help greatly received
