Clear translucent bug in sump. Please help!!

Hi. Recently ive seen a bunch of these tiny bugs show up in my sump. They are every where on the sump. Please help and let me know what they are. Thanks20200302_173447.jpg

Oh they are sponges? I thought they were bugs or pest. Really scared me for a bit. So i should just leave them alone?

They're feeding off the excess silica and nutrients in the tank, beneficial sponge.

The spiral shells are small tube Vermetid snails. Many people do not like them they put out line of mucus to trap food and reel then food to their mouth
