Question City adding Orthophosphate to water soon

My city (Folsom, CA) is going to be adding orthophosphate to our water soon, due to issues with pitting of pipes in peoples homes,
the water at some point got up to 9+ pH and corroded peoples copper plumbing ~1.2K properties reported leaks.
Its really been a cluster-F. It's about time I replace the filter I was given with my tank but I am not sure what brand it is.

Will RO/DI remove this?
What kind of filter should I get?

This years water quality report if it helps at all is here.

Recommendations
The water company is supposed to start at 0.1 mg/L and increase up to 0.3 mg/L. of Orthophosphate.

Better to ask the experts @ one of the RO sponsors here.

Asking a company who has a motivation to sell me something just in my opinion isn't the way to go about it. They have the incentive to sell be something that costs more that what I would necessarily need.

Digging around I found this. So there is no chloramines.

Does the City use chloramines in their water system?
Answer – The City does not use chloramines in the water treatment process. The City uses sodium hypochlorite, which is an industry-accepted standard disinfectant to provide for safe and healthy drinking water.
