Nicely build! I love the aquascape but I would be concerned on your flow on the other end of the tank.

The parrotfish is totally reef safe. I used to have one back then when it was not very popular yet and never touch any corals.

Cant wait to see more of this amazing setup!

here's with the storage looks like underneath the tank, there's no equipment or plumbing just dry storage

I like the carpentry work and the sliders. They will come in handy.

About that Parrotfish on your list. Are you referring to a scarus quoyi? I looked and was unable to find one for sale anywhere. Do you have a connection you don't mind sharing?

Actually I have not started looking for one yet, last time I found it it was on liveaquaria.com

Mini split condescending unit for the "fish room"

Two R/O water filtration tanks from Rayne water

Decision is entirely up to you but I like their 14 day guarantee. If you can find one locally, that would be ideal but if you can't, this is a good option.
