This is a good question hope someone can answer it? Be nice to save $30.00 off the already $210 price tag.

Yes that is how I run it. One probe connected to my PM2. I just have to make sure I reference the PM2 temperature probe in my programming for heaters, chillers, ect. Tempx5 for me.
