ICH is tricky business a few solutions will be

Hyposalinty, Copper treatment

Copper is usually frowned upon if you ever plan on having a non-fish only tank

The rock doesn't look cured yet I would go Hyposalinty. I would not, repeat not, copper that tank with sump, sand and rock. That is going to be a beautiful display tank down the road and if you copper, everything will need cleaned. You could lose the snails in that process but that would be my choice.

rock is dead so I will not try, only wash repeatedly, I have not put live rock in my tank only additive bacteria and it was very clear I did the most extensive cycling for three months just outside

ich my blue tang and c is depriving him so I do not see fit to use a treatment with drugs that may affect the fish at the moment, thanks for your support
