What is this in my coral?

Anybody know what this is on my lps coral? It almost seems like a small hole with something coming out of it. Its the only one there and it sorta seems like the nearby polyps are retracted a bit

It's a polyp regurgitating whatever it's been eating. It's normal to happen occasionally.
